Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By joining the Longshot Tactical Concealment Club Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Commission Rates

Affiliate commission rates vary depending on the product, brand or collection being promoted.

Longshot Tactical Ltd reserves the right to increase, decrease or otherwise amend commission rates at any time without prior notice.

The commission rate applicable to a qualifying sale will be the rate in effect when the order is placed.

2. Product & Brand Eligibility

Longshot Tactical Ltd reserves the right to add, remove, suspend or exclude individual products, product collections or entire brands from the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.

Not all products available on our website are necessarily eligible for affiliate commission.

3. Commission Approval & Qualifying Period

Commissions are not immediately credited as approved earnings when a referred customer places an order.

All qualifying sales are subject to a validation period, which includes the applicable customer returns window.

Commission will only be approved and added to your payable affiliate balance once the qualifying period has ended, provided the order has been successfully completed, paid for and has not been returned, refunded or cancelled.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancelled Orders

No commission will be paid on:

• Products returned by customers.
• Orders that have been cancelled.
• Orders that have been fully refunded.
• Fraudulent, invalid or otherwise ineligible transactions.

Where an order is partially refunded or individual products are returned, commission will be recalculated based on the remaining eligible products.

Longshot Tactical Ltd reserves the right to reverse or deduct commissions associated with refunded, returned or invalid transactions, including where a commission has previously been approved or paid.

5. Referral Tracking

Affiliate sales must be successfully tracked through the affiliate's unique referral link or another approved tracking method.

Longshot Tactical Ltd cannot guarantee commission on purchases that have not been correctly attributed to an affiliate through our tracking system.

6. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates must promote Longshot Tactical and its products honestly, accurately and professionally.

Affiliates must not make misleading product claims, engage in spam, impersonate Longshot Tactical or advertise unauthorised discounts.

All promotional content must comply with applicable UK advertising regulations, including clearly identifying affiliate links and commission-based promotions.

7. Payment of Commissions

Approved commissions will become eligible for payment in accordance with the payment arrangements communicated through the affiliate program.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.

Only validated and approved commissions will be eligible for payment.

8. Program Changes & Termination

Longshot Tactical Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Concealment Club Affiliate Program at any time.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate individual affiliate accounts where program terms have been breached, fraudulent activity is suspected or participation is considered detrimental to the business.

Valid commissions earned before termination will remain payable, subject to the qualifying period and these terms.
