PolarStar Jack Nozzles: Precision-Length Replacement for Cylinder Conversions

PolarStar Jack Nozzles are numbered length replacements designed for PolarStar airsoft systems. They’re ideal for players performing cylinder conversions who need accurate, consistent fit across replicas from different manufacturers.

  • Numbered nozzle system: Nozzles are assigned a number rather than tied to a single rifle model, because nozzle length can vary even among the same model from different manufacturers.
  • Wide range of lengths: The Jack Nozzles cover a broad spectrum (numbers 1 through 11 are commonly used), providing compatibility for a wide array of replicas. The exact tip and overall length depend on the model, so the compatibility table is essential.
  • Common-fit lengths with real-world values: Examples include #1 with tip 0.8245" and OAL 1.677", #2 with tip 0.8625" and OAL 1.715", #3 with tip 0.8095" and OAL 1.662", and #4 with tip 1.4505" and OAL 2.303".
  • Precise measurements and tolerances: All measurements are in thousandths of an inch (0.001"), with a tip-length tolerance of ±0.010" to align with an existing nozzle.
  • Clear calculation guidance: Follow the official method to determine the required nozzle length using gearbox and hop-up dimensions. A standard formula is TIP = F + B - (A/2) -.0875, and a more precise approach can involve testing a nozzle that is slightly longer to measure setback.
  • Verification and customization: A Help Center compatibility database lists tested replicas by nozzle number. If your gun isn’t listed, you can measure your gearbox and nozzle to request a custom nozzle length.

Using the correct Jack Nozzle ensures proper air seal and consistent performance across conversions, reducing guesswork when aligning the nozzle with the hop-up chamber. The system-wide nozzle numbering means you can switch between engines or builders with confidence, while the detailed measurement guidance helps you select or order the exact length needed for your specific replica.
