Sniper Mechanics Flamingo Noir VSR/GBB Bucking
The Flamingo Noir VSR/GBB bucking from SniperMechanic is a durable, high-performance seal designed for VSR/GBB platforms, ideal for high-ROF builds and GBBRs. It uses a tough NBR-based material for superior wear resistance and a consistently tight seal.
- Material: NBR-based bucking for enhanced durability and a reliable seal, especially under high power and rapid-fire conditions.
- Hardness (Shore): Available in 60A and 70A; 60A suits most sub-2.5J builds, while 70A offers more consistent results on high-power/GBBR setups.
- Compatibility: UNBRIDGED VSR/GBB barrels; compatible with Maple Leaf Crazy Jets GBB/VSR, Maple Leaf 6.02 Series GBB/VSR, TNT Barrels Unbridged, LayLax Unbridged, Action Army Unbridged, PDI Genuine Unbridged, PDI Clone (untested), EdGi Unbridged, Lambda Unbridged, and other unbridged stock barrels (windows must be compatible).
- Design Advantage: Retains the Flamingo lineage with exceptional durability and a tight seal; designed for high ROF and high-power builds, especially GBBRs due to aggressive nozzle movement; bedding-in period of 100–150 rounds to conform to chamber and nub.
- Unbridged Only: Specifically engineered for unbridged cut barrels to maximize seal and back-pressure consistency.
- Install Tips: For best results use barrels with a large window; pair with a concave nub (e.g., T-nub, Omega Nub, Bridge nub, H nub, Gunsmithy TDC). For pistols, the standard V-shaped arm yields good accuracy, while Hadron H Plate or Maple Leaf Key PTFE rear enhances range. Lubricate the exterior of the bucking during installation into tight chambers because the material is very grippy.
With Flamingo Noir, you gain a robust, long-lasting seal that holds up under sustained fire and high power, reducing air leakage and improving shot-to-shot consistency. The bedding-in process ensures a tailored fit to your specific chamber and nub setup, delivering reliable performance across different builds. Whether you’re optimizing a sub-2.5J field setup or pushing a high-power GBBR, the 60A and 70A options let you balance initial grip, seal integrity, and consistency for repeatable accuracy.
